PIXMA TR8620a - Borderless Printing cuts off right side

I am printing 4X6 images that have black borders.

Selecting 4X6 borderless printing reduces the size of the frame/border and cuts it off entirely on the right.

The first image is the PDF image that I am trying to print.

The second is how it printed using the borderless option.Note the black border is narrower than the original on three sides and nonexistent on the right.

The third is when I turn don't use borderless. Note the black border is consistent all around and the white border is also the same all around.

Suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Borderless printing expands the image to ensure that the entire image is printed. You can adjust the amount of extension in the printer driver.

If you don't have the manual you should download it from the support page.

I don't have the same display that you are showing.

Thank you. I will look into that.

My father used to live in Conway.

In the 50s he worked at Birchcraft Industries then met and married Ms Buzzle who was Mr Bolduc's office person. Rented next to Mr Bolduc's. Built a house on Conway Lake. Would that be Center Conway? It was a long time ago.

OK. I see you are on a Mac device.

If you use Preview to print try creating a custom paper size 4x6 with no margins and see if that works. I can't try it since I don't have that size paper.

It looks like Apple Photos may be able to do it.

What software are you using.

I used Pixelmator to create the image that exact size.

Maybe importing to Photos to see what it does there.

Thanks.

Imported into Apple Photos. Selected 4X6 Borderless and got almost the same results. This time the border was cut off on the left side. Weird.

I don't know how to get to the driver prompt that you showed and is shown in the manual.
