For several months, I've been dealing with an issue with this printer being unable to print on both sides. it worked initially but for some time it always jams on the first page anytime both sides is selected. I have to check it every time to ensure it is set to OFF but sometimes it attempts to do it anyway. There are no issues with normal one-sided printing (or any other issues with this unit).
I've tried cleaning the rollers. No change.
I've tried new brand of paper. No change.
If I didn't have a 2nd printer online to print to this would be more frustrating than it is. I've searched the forum as well as google & Youtube for suggestions and haven't found any.
