TR 8520 Always says "printing"

Hello,

I just got the TR8520 printer. When I print (wirelessly) from my laptop the printer will stay in "printing mode" and the document will always stay in the que.  When I print from my apple devices this does not happen. 

Any help would be appreciated. Thank You
