Start/driver download not working

Worked fine installing on husband's desktop. Not loading on my laptop. During step 1, looking for drivers it stalls on 12/14. Waited 15 minutes. It never moved on. Tried both CD and internet download. Always the same result.

PIXMA  TS9120 printer. WINDOWS 10. Trying to set-up via Wi-Fi.

I was able to load the software version on the CD without checking for updated/latest version on line. That will be for another day.
