Hello
I purchased a new Canon PIXMA TR4520 a couple of months ago mainly for the scanner. I searched and compared and wanted a scanner that was capable of scanning at least 20 sheets at one time. I've had several Canon products over the years and felt this one was perfect.
Right from the beginning the pages do not scan properly. They pull to one side and if I don't guide each sheet it will crunch up and stop the whole scanning process. I then have to start over.
I've opened the cover and cleaned as much a I can so many times. I fan the paper all the time. I notice there is only one roller to the right to grab the sheets but there isn't one on the other side. The side without the roller is the side that won't go through smoothly.
Is this defective? Is there something else I should be doing?
Thanks for the help.
