Hi - Tried to operate and it failed. When following handbook and tried to open the MP Navigator Ex 5.0 it flashes but does not open. Tried re-installing that software.. but same result. Tried 'Start Set UP ' ..it begins but after a few minutes a box pops up saying that MP Navigator is running so need to close and recommence. At this point it shows as running in task manager..so close it and start again. I have repeated this process about 5 times..some with the USB link attached.. some disconnected (each time i choose wireless installation).
Going a little crazy..can you help?
