Scanner not available

Running Safari on Imac and a Canon MG6320. I am getting the message "The scanner is not available while in use by another application or user." from IJ Scan Utility.

I have logged out, rebooted, turned printer on and off, reset router. 

Scanning from the display says it's processing but nothing is created. 

The "local USB" icon is appearing, but the LAN is active.

Please click on the Apple in the upper left hand corner and then About This Mac.

What version of OSX is installed on your computer?

Are you able to print?   Or are you unable to print as well?

If I read correctly, you are using your PIXMA MG6320 wirelessly, is that correct?
