I just setup a new computer Dell Inspiron 15 5000 Windows 10 via docker 6000. The printer works fine but the scanner does not. I don't see it in the settings section. I have tired updating the drivers to no avial. It says please wait then nothing.

Hello!
So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know exactly what model printer you're using (it's usually on the top or front of the unit), any error messages you're seeing, and the way you connect to your device (USB or WiFi).

It is an Pixma MX420 connected by USB to the docking station, not seeing error messages it just stops after the "please wait momentarily" message. THX
