I recently upgraded to windows 11 on my PC and installed the recommend drivers from Canon website. The printer itself worked by the scanner was greyed out on Image Garden. After about 2 hours of trying to figure it out, I went back to the drivers list and additionally installed the drivers with an MP on it and it fixed the problem. Printer is working perfectly now.
