Hello,
When scanning documents through Canon IJ Scan Utility, the files are damaged. This can happen in various ways, including horizontal coloured stripes, random grey pixels overlaying the document. This can also be true for the entire image or for part of it. Modifying settings can help, but not in a cosistent way. Specifically, the sharpen image setting often is the cause.
Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
Best regards,
Joris

Greetings,
Canon USA does not provide support for printers sold in regions outside the united states.
You've provided the model of your device and the problem you are facing.
What you haven't shared:
Did the printer ever work properly?
New problem? If so, whats changed?
What OS are you using the device with (windows Mac)? Version?
What driver are you using?
Have you performed any troubleshooting steps? Teling us the Sharpen image setting "seems" to cause a problem is not definitive and vague.
