PIXMA TS9521Ca Printed pages missing half the ink

Does anyone else have a printing issue with their TS9521Ca? Mine will print okay, and then the next couple of pages are missing half the ink they are supposed to have. I tried all the cleaning processes, and nothing seems to fix it. Ugh.

Hello,

When printing multiple pages back-to-back, ink is drawn rapidly from the cartridges. If air gets trapped inside the print head chambers or the ink intake ports, the pressure drops, causing the printer to starve for ink halfway down the page.

Are you using OEM Canon brand inks?

Yes - and they are relatively new.

I ended up finding a number to call at Canon.  Apparently there is a problem with the black inkjet - they are sending a replacement.
