My MG 5520 has been acting up lately. It will not print anything, not even in the tests. Everything I print, whether it is from a scan, a copy or printed from my computer results in a completely blank page. I have taken out the printer head and cleaned it a couple of times, and I have run multiple cleanings and deep cleanings, and nothing has happened. After I took the printer head out the second time, it no longer recognizes one of the ink cartridges.
