Apologies - I'm hoping this is a simple question.
I recently splurged and bought a Canon Pixma TR4500. (My son is developing with ASD, and I thought it would be helpful to have a printer/scanner/copier.)
And indeed it would - except that I can't get it to print.
I've run the set up three times. Wireless, wired, whatever. It won't work.
I'm probably doing something wrong - I just don't know what. Yes, the test print will print. But nothing else.
I'm ready to cry - can anyone help?

Hello, RuthMo!
A common solution to an issue of this nature is ensuring that you are selecting the correct printer in the print dialogue box.
So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know about any other error messages you're seeing, and the Computer Operating System you're using (Windows Vista/7/8/10), as well as the way you connect to your printer (USB or networked via WiFi).
Any other details you'd like to give will only help the Community better understand your issue!
