Printer say jammed paper but there no paper

Hello i have a canon mg2922 being having it now for five months. This the first time it say paper jammed but there nothing in it. I do notice the rollers are uneven could this be causing the error message?

Possibly. What happened to rollers? Can you pop them back to proper alighment?
