Please make sure the orange packaging tape has been removed from the ink tank. If so, try to reseat the ink by taking it out of the printer and placing it back in again. If the issue persists, please reply to confirm if an error message is occurring, or if there is no ink appearing on the page at all. Also, what are the letters and numbers on the ink you are using?
