I used to be able to print with my MP620B using a Macbook Pro with OSX Snow Leopard and my son's Lenovo with Windows 7. I upgraded the MBP to OS X El Capitan. Unfortunately, Canon doesn't support it for my printer. I read in another forum that the poster downloaded the printer driver for OS X Maverick although his OS is El Cap and it worked fine for him. I did the same thing. When I sent docs to the printer, it only printed blank pages (using both Windows & OS X). I clicked on "Test Page" in the printer control menu and it printed without the magenta bars. The printer's Copy function doesn't work as in it also spews out a blank page. I also did the nozzle check, etc. and the test page was ok.
I downloaded a coupon printer in my MBP from the L'Oreal website and printed a coupon there and another in the Walmart site. Both coupons printed ok.
If the coupon printer software doesn't seem to have a problem, why can't I print anything else?
