I keep getting this message, my MX922 is not printing

More information is needed.

 

How is the device connected and to what?

 

What OS are you running?

Thanks for the response. It is conected to the router and running on windows

It's just a generic message that says printer not responding

Are you using your PIXMA MX922 wirelessly?

 

or do you have your PIXMA MX922 connected to your router with an ethernet cable?
