Printer not printing from computer. if pushing the maintenance button on printer till the lower case u displays, then push start/black button, it will print a head alignment page. black, blue,red,and green are printed.
i changed the ink cartage, printed about 8 test pages from computer, then all it did was send print job to print que, empty print que, printer never tried to get paper.
why will printer print a page from the printer, but will not print from the computer?
have reset printer by holding reset, then holding power, then pushing reset twice, then releasing power. a couple other steps that i found on a few sites saying how to reset, but still would not print from computer.
