Printer MX512 is printing double

Hi 

My printer is printing slightly double like blurry and not ledgible. I have tried realignment but nothing has corrected this problem. If Anybody has had this problem please share any solutions, Thanks

Hi Coriano,

Since the alignments did not work, cleaning the encoder film of the printer may resolve the issue.  To clean the encoder film, please follow the steps located here.  Should you continue to experience difficulty, the printer may require servicing; please
