I have a MP 560 not printing the cross hatch on the print test

Just replace the larger black cartridge and did a test print and now it's not printing the cross hatch at all.  Have cleaned the print heads as well and still nothing.  Doing a "DEEP CLEANING" now and it's still not working!! UGH!!
