Greetings,
Sometimes forcibly removing a jam can cause these types of issues. Things become bent, mis-aligned, etc. About all you can do is inspect the device and try to see if anything was damaged.
I'd check the knowlegde base for your specific error and see if additional information is avaialble.
Next step would be to contact Canon Support.

i keep getting these codes
5100 and then it goes to 7700
and it always says to pull out the tray 1259
