Pixma iX6520

I have a Pixma iX6520 that will not print anymore.  The message is ink absorber full.  I see at least one other rperson that complained.  What can I do?

HI brjw1,

 

If you are getting a message that the print head absorber is full, the printer would need service. The waste ink absorber catches all of the ink from edge to edge prints or cleanings. The absorber would need to replaced for the printer to work again.
