Pixma TS3400 not printing full A4

I need help with my printer settings.

My printer won't print a full A4 page giving me an error message, but I don't know what settings must change for it to be able to print full A4.

It automatically changes the paper size from A4 to 4"x6"

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using.  The model number should appear on top of the printer just above the power button. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

Hi,

This worked for me:

I print from my iPhone. Tap the photo, then tap the Share button — the one with the arrow coming out of a box. Scroll down and tap Print (don’t tap the Canon PRINT button; tap the plain Print option).

Scroll down until you see Paper Size and select A4. Then scroll further down to Media & Quality. Tap Media Type and choose Photo.

Press Print.

This worked for me — I hope it works for you too!
