Hi,
My reliable PX #TR8620 runs on windows, has me lost this a.m. I was spoiled by decades of Canon support....
The problem: Red text appears yellow on the printed page.
I ran the nozzle check - it said no problem.
I ran an alignment - but I don't know how to interpret it.
Any help would be very much appreciated!
