Started having problems with my printer yesterday it was stuck in reboot mode.. Called Canon, claimed I was the first call they gotten about this error that they were not aware. Meanwhile, there forum reports hundreds if not thousands of customers complaining about exact same issue. Got home from work today around 6pm EST. Spent 2 hours on hold (that was hold time) At exactly 8pm, phone cut off. Called back and was told tech support closed at 8pm I need to call back tomorrow. How convenient at exactly the time they close my phone call gets disconnected.
