I recently bought a new Mac and while my printer works just fine, the scanner does not appear under Printers and Scanners. I went looking for the driver download, but the MG7120 is not among those listed. Does anyone have the solution?

Here's the USA Canon site for downloading software.
Scroll down to Drivers & Downloads and select your operating system from the drop-down menu and select the Drivers tab just below that. You might select the Software tab as well to see what else is available.

Thanks, BurnUnit. There is no driver for Big Sur OS. I did look into Software and downloaded IJ Scan Utility 2, which asked me to install Rosetta, which is designed for Macs with Intel processor, but my Mac has an M1 processor. I'm not quite ready to go down that rabbit hole yet. But I do appreciate your response.
