Pixma MG5420 copy not working.

Pixma MG5420 copy not working , printer acts like it is working then spits out a blank sheet of paper, and yes it has ink.

I updated the drivers and firmware, it did not help.

I used up a lot of ink with all the cleaning.

The print and scan functions work fine to and from my computer, just when I try to make a copy it comes out blank.
