I tried printing a document using my laptop, phone and tablet. None of the documents printed clearly. I cleaned yhe print heads and did all the recommended maintenance. Nothing worked. There is plenty of ink and my printer makes clear copies utilizing the copy feature. I can't figure out what is wrong with my printer.
