Pixma G620 - Photo Paper Pro Platinum

I try to print a photo from Lightroom on Mac on Pixma G620 printer on Canon "Photo Paper Pro Platinum" and "Photo Paper Premium Fine Art Smooth", however these types of paper do not appear nor in the list of media type on Mac, nor in the menu on printer itself.

What type of paper should I choose to print on "Photo Paper Pro Platinum" and "Photo Paper Premium Fine Art Smooth"?

I don't have the G620, so I don't know your list of available media types, but I would try the very glossiest option for Pro Platinum and a luster or semigloss for the smooth.

I won't give you a recommendation because I can't verify it will work. I suggest you try the luster or semigloss for the smooth paper and glossy photo papewr for the Platinum.
