Pixma G3501 ink tank printer has stopped printing magenta

Hi!  I had a problem with the black not printing this morning - ran a nozzle head clean and that sorted it.  Then realised that the magenta wasn't printing either.  Have since done a deep clean and nothing.  The ink level is just above the halfway line in all three colour tanks. Have also tried switching on and off again :>D Any ideas?  Thanks, Peta
