My PIXMA G6020 has been giving me trouble since new. It constantly loses connection and this is with my older laptop (windows 10) and my new laptop (windows 11). I have removed and reinstalled the printer countless times and am at a point that I have wasted so much time that Im ready to purchase a new printer (not from Cannon). I have an older printer that works great. Really frustrating when I need to get something done. POOR POOR POOR product.

What type of connection? I can tell you from many years of experience that a wired connection is far more reliable than a WIFi connection.
