Paper jam error. Removed paper with no missing pieces. Error Continues, Inspected top, sides, bottom, and paper tray with high intensity light, and no evidence. What to do next?

Since you have already verified that there are no paper jams or obstructions in the printer, we recommend performing a roller cleaning. Before performing the cleaning, please turn off the printer, unplug the power cord from the back and leave it out for at least 10 minutes, then plug it back in and turn it back on. Next, please follow the roller cleaning steps located at the link below:
If you still experience the same issue after performing at least three roller cleanings on the printer, or if you are unable to perform a roller cleaning due to the error, the printer will require servicing to resolve the issue.
