PRINT HEAD IS INCORRECT U052 error

Antoniom

My Pixma MG 5320 stopped printing all of a sudden. Printer sounds like it is printing but the page comes out blank. I had a B200 error so I changed all the ink cartridges and ran my machine through all the clean cycles and now I have a PRINT HEAD IS INCORRECT U052 error. How do i fix or get rid of this error?

Hi Antoniom.

If the MG5320 is experienced a B200 leading to a U052, then the printer will need to be replaced. While replacing the print head is an option, doing so does not renew, restart, or replace the expired warranty; the replacement print head may not correct the error; and (considering the age of the model as a product) other parts are liable to also be wearing out.

I can offer the Canon Upgrade Program, a one-time discount on the purchase of a replacement. If you're interested, more information is available through our phone-based Canon Direct agents at (866) 443-8002.
