With 'my image' (as since new), used disk print procedure for white ink-jet printable media, all software and mechanical processes worked. However, no ink printed on disk. (Printing black text only, no image).
Tried multiple times, no success.
Powered printer off, waited, powered back on, still no success.
Though existing showed good, I installed new black ink carts, no success.
Tried printing a document on paper (twice) - worked fine.
Downloded/installed latest drivers, still no success w/disk.
Tried different disks, no success.
Upon "pint now (/resume button)," tray moves in and I can hear the print head(s) moving back and forth (as typical) as the disk is moving back out, line by line. However, no ink is ever placed on the disk.
