ncorrect Print Size

If your Canon PIXMA TS9520A is printing 4x6 photos as 3x5, it may be due to incorrect settings in the print dialog. Ensure the following:

  • Paper Size Setting: Check that the paper size is set to 4x6 in the printer settings.
  • Image Size: Verify that the image you are trying to print is actually sized to 4x6 pixels. If the image is smaller, it may print at a reduced size.

Printer Settings

To adjust the settings:

  1. Open the print dialog on your computer.
  2. Select the PIXMA TS9520A as your printer.
  3. Go to the "Page Setup" or "Print Settings" section.
  4. Choose "4x6" as the paper size.
  5. Ensure that "Fit to Page" or similar options are unchecked if you want to maintain the original size.
  6. Ensure that "Fit to Page" is checked if you want to fill the whole 4x6 page and the image is smaller than 4x6

Software Considerations

Sometimes, the software you are using to print can affect the output size. Make sure:

  • You are using updated software compatible with your printer.
  • The print preview shows the correct dimensions before printing.

If these adjustments do not resolve the issue, consider checking for firmware updates for your printer, as these can sometimes fix bugs related to printing.
