Hi, Nisey76!

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or macOS, and which version thereof) and which application you're printing from. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.

Thanks and have a great day!

Hi Nisey76,

Please click on the Apple in the upper left corner and then System Preferences.

In System Preferences, click on Printers & Scanners.

Click on the Canon printer one time to select it.

On the right side, what is listed next to "Kind" ?

What kind of document are you printing; PDF, DOC, etc.?

What application are you using to print your document?

Are you using your PIXAM TS9020 wirelessly?
or with a USB cable?

Did this answer your question? Please click the Accept as Solution button so that others may find the answer as well.

Next to Kind: Canon TS9000 series-AirPrint

Doc (anything)

wirelessly
