PIXMA TS8220 Not Printing Dual-Sided

My printer will not print dual-sided even though I believe it is set up correctly. It just waits for ink to dry and then pulls it and then out with no printing on the back side of the paper.

Using Windows 10 on Intel Desktop. Printing from Windows Print Device, Canon TS8220 or HP LaserJet P1102w.
