PIXMA TS6420 ejecting multiple pages, some blank, data on others, but never the full page

I have a Canon TS6420 that used to work GREAT!  Recently it will not print a full page of data.  I have 1 page of data, whether it be a Word doc, PDF, etc.  doesn't matter.  It will print part of a page, eject it, eject a couple of blank pages, print a little on the next page, etc.  I've had to cancel the print job as it is wasting pages and ink.  I've had up to 10 pages ejected with little to no data on them.

This is usually a sign that an ink cartridge is very low on ink.
