I use crefill ink to fill my ink cartridges. The user manual claims that by hitting the Stop/Reset button for 5 seconds, the built-in Ink level measurement is deactivated. However, this does not seem to work in my case. Any ideas why or how to deactivate?

I've never heard of creefill. Are these 3rd party cartridges or just ink? Are you using a chip resetter?
