I've had my printer since 2020; I've never had issues feeding cardstock through the rear. I do print a lot of cardstock. I don't think it's the rollers but the flaps that open to feed the paper. I try different kinds of paper and they all feed with no problem. Any ideas?

Please perform a roller cleaning with your PIXAM TS6320 to resolve this issue:
TS6300 series > Maintenance > Cleaning > Cleaning Paper Feed Rollers
