Hello,
I haven't used my printer since May. Today I tried to print and it gave me the option to save to PDF instead, which has never happened. I checked my "Printers and Scanners" settings and it says the driver is unavailable. How does that happen when I haven't touched the printer in over 2 months?
I went on Canon Canada's site and clicked the "driver" link, but it did not give me any options to download or update the drivers. I found some other sites, but don't know if they are reputable.
Any help would be appreciated.
