Printer Pixma TS5150 with latest PC drivers and Canon software installed on Windows 11 PC.
Connected via Wifi.
When I put a document to copy and print on the scanner, it copies and prints perfectly and quickly.
From the PC, I cannot print even a test page. The PC sees the printer and tells me the printer is ready/idle. When I print a test page, it takes forever to get going and then the output is a blank page. It also keeps going outputting blank pages slowly (as if it is still trying to print the test page from the queue).
So: based on the perfect printout of the photocopy, the issue appears to be with the PC, not with the printer.
NOTE: I have already deleted everything on the PC, stopped the spooler, deleted all the files, restarted the spooler and reinstalled the drivers. No change.
What have I missed?

Add-on: this is a new install. Bought the printer last week. The first 2 days, it printed test pages from the PC VEEEERRRY slowly (the carriage moving one line at a time and stopping). Now it doesn't print anything (blank pages from the PC), but prints fine when give something else to print (e.g. a copy )
