PIXMA TS3722 won't print

I Just Bought The Canon Pixma 3722, Hooked It Up, My Laptop Found It But I Can Not Print Anything Out. Im Using Windows 11 Laptop.  I Used The Setup Link And Got An Error So I Called Support. The  Support Guy Told Me That I Have A Trojan That Is Stopping The Printer From Connecting To My Internet.    I Checked Everything Out Myself & Everything Says My Computer Is Fine With No Viruses. Please Help Ive Been Trying For Hours To Print & Im At My Wits End :-).

Hi, Larhamey!  You can download everything you need for your PIXMA TS3722 right HERE for free.  If you run into a problem with the software installation or if your printer continues to have trouble communicating with your computer, we encourage you to call Canon USA directly.  You mentioned that the people you reached claimed that a trojan virus was preventing your printer from working.  Our tech support team doesn't deal with viruses and so it sounds like you may have reached someone other than Canon and we advise you to be really, really careful with that.

If you have trouble installing the printer software or printing temporairly turn off your anti-virus and then try all again. Just curious can you access the Canon Print program?

Thanks Danny, I Finally Fixed It . I Had Some Kind Of Security On My Computer That Stopped The Printer From Connecting When I Disabled It The Printer Connected & Everything Is Working Fine. And Yes The Guy I Talked To On The Phone Wanted To Charge Me $200 To Remove The "Trojan" That Wasent Even On My Computer.
