PIXMA TS3722 printer turned on but showing offline

My Canon TS3722 printer is turned on but is showing offline.  I have no print jobs in queue.  I have restarted my computer, printer, router, and Motorola phone (which I'm also trying to connect).  I printed with my laptop the other day and it worked fine.  None of my settings have been changed but now it is saying my printer offline. What happened to change my settings and why?  I looked at my printer spool and it is running but I really don't know what that means.

Can anyone please help me get my printer back online so that I can print instead of my printer just sitting in the box?  I just bought this printer about less than a month ago.  I would truly appreciate any help I can get with this matter.

Thank you.

I just bought this printer less than 2 months ago. it was working just fine until I ran out of ink 2 days ago. Once I replaced the ink, not only did it keep showing I was low on ink, but not it is always offline. Did everything I found online to fix it to no avail. I work and live in central time, and the company is closed by the time I get home. No weekends available.

Very frustrated with it. I am thinking about taking it back to the store where I bought it. I have been using printers for 25 years and have never had a problem I could not resolve until now.

Hi MEsparza,

Please remove both ink cartridges from your PIXMA TS3722 and place them side by side with the labels showing.  Please take a photo of the ink cartridges that you are using with your TS3722 and please attach that image to your reply of this post.
