PIXMA TS3722 only will take 5x7 paper and will stop taking half way of a 8.5x11

When I first got the printer it was printing regular size paper just fine. I was needing to print a lot of wedding invites and envelopes so I was needing the paper size 5x7. So I changed the settings to print on that size. I am now needing to print off papers that are regular size and it won't take. It will take maybe 2 inches of the paper then stop. I have changed the preference back to 8.5x11, I've made sure that the settings are the same on the printer (LTR), I have made sure to match the settings on the printing page, I've also even downloaded a new driver from the canon website but it doesn't seem to fix the issue. I don't know what else to do to fix the issue myself. Any other tips that I might of missed? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Danielle
