My printer is only recognizing "Color Ink" and not black ink no matter what I do. How do I reset this? It originally was an E03 and E04 error message, until I fooled around and cleared some things. However now I cannot get it to print anything with the black ink cartridge I bought a few weeks ago. Any ideas?

Hi Lalique75,
The causes and resolutions for the E 0 3 and E 0 4 errors can be viewed here:
TS3500 series > Frequently Asked Questions > Errors and Messages > When Error Occurs
If you are unable to print in black, please follow all of the steps provided here:
TS3500 series > Maintenance > If Printing Is Faint or Uneven > Maintenance Procedure
If you are still unable to print black, it is recommended that the black ink cartridge is replaced. They are available for purchase on this page:
Canon USA - PIXMA TS3522 Ink Cartridges
