Just bought this printer. Installed as per instructions. When I print an Excel file from my computer, the grid lines print, but not the data inside the cells. When I print a Microsoft Word document, nothing prints. I did print a boarding pass from Carnival Cruise line's web site. I don't know if it is a printer problem, USB cord problem, or a computer problem. Using Windows 10 home
