PIXMA TR4722 Says Cartridge Not Installed Properly

My Canon Pixma TR4722 keeps giving me the error code that I installed the black ink cartridge incorrectly. I have changed it multiple times and I keep getting the same error code. I've shut down the printer multiple times too and I keep getting the error code. How do I fix this?

Did you remove the tape? Is it a Canon Cartridge? I read that this might help:

After it ask you to load the ink cartridge. Load them and press the Ok button.  Press the Ok button for all the steps it asks you to complete for loading the cartridge.
