PIXMA TR4500 Series: Keypad locks up on Wi-Fi password screen

I need help. I have a Canon PIXMA TR4500 Printer and when I try to type the wifi password, the keypad locks itself only in that moment. I tried connecting through the app, but it says error 3441 every single time.

I tried power cycle and everything I found but nothing worked.

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the PIXMA TR4500 series.  The model number should appear on the front of the printer at the upper right.
