PIXMA MX922

Hi,

I've just setup my new PIXMA MX922.  I can print from the destkop in word, but when I triy to print out an email in thunderbird it tells me it cannot detect printer. 

What should I do.

Hello.

Check the settings in your Thunderbird program to make sure that the MX922 is the selected printer.  It may be possible that the program is set for a different printer instead of the MX922.

If you continue to have difficulties but can print from other programs, you may have to contact Mozilla for assistance with their software settings.
